- 60 mins, from order to delivered to your hotel reception, ￥20 delivery fee for each order under ￥99.

- give 5% refund is provided if your order is not delivered in 60mins from order placement

- we will notify you through email - please do provide accurate email address.

- if you have trouble finding your delivery, you might want to ask if the receiption staff have seen a bag like this one.

- for any post-purchase queries, you can reach out to us through wechat, or start a live chat here.

- We take 4 types of payments, including wechat/alipay online payment, and cash/card offline payment.

- We accept arrange of cards, including Visa/Master card and etc.

- we accept return and exchange with in 5 days of order delivered.

- free return or exchange if product quality issue

- ￥20 return fee will be charged from the refund if the return is not related to quality issue.

- returned items should be in resalable condition, for travel essentials: unopen and unused; for electronics: can be opened and tested, but should not have noticeable use or wear and affects our ability to resell this item, also in original packaging.

- we reserve the right to refuse any returns that does not meet the above conditions, any rejected returns will be sent back to your hotel receiption
